Search for the title of your song in the search-field and select the desired song-title (Ex. "Amazing Grace")
Select an arrangement in the database (Ex. Amazing Grace, Arrangement "SSA Lopez")
Exception 1: You’re using a different arrangement of a song already in the system
If your arrangement (e.g., of Amazing Grace) is not already listed in our database, follow these steps:
Search for the song title (e.g., Amazing Grace).
Select the correct song.
Click “Use Another Arrangement” and follow the prompts.
(See the video below for a walkthrough of this step.)
Exception 2: You’re using a completely new song not in the system
If you searched for your song and it doesn’t appear in the results, it likely isn’t in our database yet. To add a new song:
Click “Add a New Song” (found beneath the search bar).
Follow the prompts to enter the song details and submit your request.
Once you've selected your song, you can decide whether or not you want to supply details now or later.
After submitting your song choice, you will receive an email indicating whether your selection has been approved.
All other other details (lyrics, copyright) are due by Wednesday night. So use this system to submit the rest of these details about your song. See the Frequently Asked Questions below for information about this.
